- Customs and Duties

In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. 주문 제작 상품으로 교환, 환불은 불가하나 상황에 따른 반품(환불)은 배송비 4,000원 부담해주셔야 합니다.
단, 제품 불량시 판매자가 왕복 배송비 모두 부담합니다.
교환을 원하실시에는 왕복 배송비 8,000원 모두 고객님께서 부담하셔야 합니다.
제품 수리는 상황에 따라 유,무상으로 제공 되며, 수리 접수후 고객님께 따로 안내 예정입니다.
