In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. 사전접수가 이루어지지 않은 채로 보낸 발송 건은 반송 처리 됩니다. 교환은 1회만 가능합니다.
단순변심에 의한 교환 및 반품일 경우 왕복배송비는 고객부담입니다.
불량 및 오배송으로 인한 교환 및 반품일 경우 왕복배송비는 SaH에서 부담합니다.
무료배송으로 인한 배송비 미입금 경우, 교환 시 배송비가 추가됩니다.

교환 반품 시 유의사항
재포장 시 배송받은 상태 그대로 빠짐없이 포장하여 보내주셔야 합니다.
제품 패키지 손상 및 구성품(사은품 및 종이카드) 손상 및 누락의 경우,각 구성품을 개별 책정하여 별도의 추가금이 청구될 수 있습니다

교환 및 반품이 불가한 경우
교환 및 반품이 불가능함을 따로 명시한 경우
교환 및 반품 접수가 상품 수령일로부터 8일 이상 경과한 경우
사용의 흔적(세탁, 오염, 향취 등)이 발견되었을 경우
부주의에 의한 제품 손상 및 파손에 의해 상품 가치가 훼손된 경우
택과 라벨을 제거하거나 멸실하였을 경우
